Your new role In this role, you’ll be essential in managing the operational supply of direct goods and services to meet production demands. This role involves a variety of procurement activities, from ensuring supply chain delivery, monitoring supplier performance, day-to-day purchasing and system management. Key Responsibilities * Place and manage orders based on demand.* Monitor MRP movements through exception reports.* Manage supplier purchasing contracts.* Measure supplier delivery performance* Update, control and report on KPI data* Tactical sourcing & contribution towards category management strategies* Increase On-Time In Full delivery performance.* Reduce past due orders and shortages to improve availability.* Effectively manage system exceptions.
