Key duties include:

  • Providing exceptional customer service, acting as the first point of contact for customers of this manufacturing business.
  • Communicating professionally with customers to gain a deeper understanding of their businesses and needs.
  • Processing customer orders and returns accurately and efficiently.
  • Working collaboratively with internal teams.
  • Putting together quotations and managing documentation.

  • Managing fleet contracts, including processing orders and instructions as appropriate.
