We’re looking for a practical, hands-on Electrician to join our client's small but busy team in North East London, working across a wide range of high-voltage and industrial electrical systems. This isn’t domestic work – you’ll be dealing with 415V 3-phase supplies, compressors, wash plants, re-wires, lighting pits, and planned maintenance across everything from low-voltage (240V) to HV systems. It’s an M&E-focused role – more sockets and maintenance than major plant machinery – but with a technical edge.

  • Weekly inspections of electrical systems across the depot
  • Maintaining and upgrading industrial electrical systems (LV and HV)
  • Working with contractors to backfill specialist HV tasks
  • Contributing to planned preventative maintenance and compliance
  • Could be supporting a handyman/building team as required

Experience with high-voltage and 3-phase electrical systems (a couple of years is plenty). Ideally a background in industrial or facilities electrical work. Someone flexible, steady, and practical – not management grade, but management mindset.

5-hour week – Monday to Friday, 4-day option considered (4-on-1-off etc.) ~ North East London based – with some travel to Southend on Sea facility ~ Competitive salary – we know the market and we’re open to negotiation ~ Performance bonus up to 10% (recent average 7). Potential to tailor the role for the right person – mentorship, training or progression.

If you’re an electrician who’s looking for a solid role with a good team, steady hours, and variety in the work, this could be the perfect fit.
