We are looking for a Positional Analyst join our Women’s First Team Scouting department on a consultancy agreement basis and undertake the positional analysis workflow within the team as part of the transition towards the aims of our future objectives.
In this exciting role, you will proactively support the development and growth of the player assessment process, with a specific focus on a positional group.

Your day-to-day

Lead and manage talent identification processes – you will be crucial in the delivery of a best-in-class global talent identification and evaluation process at identification and assessment level for the selected positional group

Champion the impactful use of technology – you’ll diligently utilise all technology and software provided to identify, analyse and manage lists of prospective players

Support with critical decision making – you will be actively involved in leveraging detailed insights to help assess and determine potential player recruitment, as well as key decisions relating to player pathways

Analyse prospective players – you will be entrusted to analyse potential target players, via video analysis and attendance at live matches and you’ll undertake all due diligence on potential recruits

Develop an effective time-management strategy – you’ll play a key role in the creation of an individual time-management strategy in order to fulfill the required duties within our club framework

Act as a team player – you will take pride in providing inspiration, motivation and encouragement to all members of the team and you’ll partner with our wider Analysis team to support performance advantage, increased intelligence and succession planning
