A well known FMCG company is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to manage a key Retailer and Distributor.
To drive the annual achievement of sales and profit targets, along with key strategic objectives, by managing the product range and P&L — with a strong focus on cost pricing, distribution, promotional planning, and in-store visibility.
To develop and implement strategic market plans aimed at achieving long-term profitable growth, with a strong focus on fostering collaborative, results-driven relationships with key distributors and external partners.
Great commercial grip and evidence of delivering long term sustainable growth.
Previous branded account management experience, responsible for the entire customer cycle from plan development, through to negotiation and delivery.
