UKISUG are on the lookout for a motivated Content Creator Apprentice to help bring their brand to life across blogs, social media, video, email campaigns, and more. If you're eager to learn, thrive in a creative environment, and want to be part of a growing digital team, this is the role for you.
UKISUG is the independent UK & Ireland SAP User Group, a passionate not-for-profit membership organisation run by their members, for their members. Their mission is to create one vibrant SAP community: learning and developing together, and speaking with one voice. They support over 4,000 SAP professionals, helping organisations reduce costs and maximise their return on investment in SAP systems. Through their powerful network, they offer unrivalled access to education, resources, and advocacy. As a key part of their growing digital team, you'll be helping to shape how they tell that story.
A Typical Day in the Job
As a Content Marketing Apprentice, you'll support the marketing team in creating a wide range of digital content for use across multiple platforms. Duties include:
- Capture and produce high-quality visual and audio content
- Edit videos and graphics using Adobe Creative Cloud (Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Canva
- Write and publish blogs, newsletters and email content
- Schedule and manage social media content across Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube
- Use Google Analytics and other tools to monitor content performance and recommend improvements
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, board members, agencies, and community members to meet content needs
- Manage content using CMS tools like ReadyMembership and HubSpot
- Support event promotion and collect testimonials and case studies
- Assist with both digital and print marketing collateral
Full training and support will be provided by your workplace mentor and from the team at Baltic Apprenticeships.

- Salary: £20,050 - £23,900 per annum

This apprenticeship programme will provide you with everything you need to launch and develop your career in content creation and digital marketing. Afterwards, we'll support you to take the next steps, including further training and progression onto a Level 4 qualification.

This Level 3 apprenticeship provides the skills, qualification, and experience you need to immerse yourself within an exciting, fast-moving industry and become an effective content creator. With our expert online training and one-to-one support, you'll channel your creativity and learn to create, implement, and analyse successful content as part of a professional marketing team.
