A new opportunity has arisen for a Commercial Property Solicitor with 2-4 years PQE to join a respected and growing firm in Gloucester. This is a rare chance to step into a close-knit team with a genuine focus on work-life balance, autonomy, and long-term career development.
You will be working closely with the Head of Commercial Property to shape and grow the team as new instructions continue to flow in. The caseload will offer variety and depth, including:
- Landlord and tenant matters, including lease drafting and negotiations
- Commercial property sales and acquisitions
- Acting for lenders on finance and refinance transactions
- Advising on property elements of corporate deals
- Supporting longstanding legacy clients with consistent, repeat instructions
To be successful in this role, you will:
- Be a qualified Commercial Property Solicitor with 2-4 years' PQE
- Be confident managing a broad commercial property caseload independently
- Enjoy a client-facing role and be keen to build relationships locally
- Appreciate working in a supportive and collaborative team culture
