In this role, you’ll help customers navigate financial challenges while contributing to a positive customer experience. What you’ll be doing as a Debt Recovery Specialist You’ll work with customers facing financial difficulties, offering personalised solutions to support their well-being. Key responsibilities include: Building meaningful connections with customers, guiding them through payment options tailored to their financial situations. Resolving billing inquiries with empathy, actively listening to understand each customer’s unique circumstances. Creating manageable payment plans to empower customers with sustainable solutions. Championing customer success by taking ownership of each interaction, ensuring every customer feels supported and valued. Location This role is based at Walnut Court, Swindon. During your probation period (minimum six months), this will be an office-based position where you’ll receive full training and support.
