We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Data (BI) Analyst to join our dynamic team. The BI Developer will play a key role in transforming complex data into actionable insights to support strategic decision-making across the organisation. This individual will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and maintain dashboards, reports, and data models that drive business performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Data Analysis and Reporting:

  • Collect, analyse, and interpret financial and operational data to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights.

  • Develop and maintain standardized and ad-hoc reports to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs).

  • Dashboard and Visualisation Development:

  • Create and manage interactive dashboards and visualizations using tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.

  • Ensure dashboards provide clear, accurate, and actionable insights for stakeholders.

  • Collaboration and Stakeholder Engagement:

  • Partner with business leaders, finance teams, and IT to understand data requirements and deliver tailored BI solutions.

  • Communicate insights and recommendations effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.

  • Data Integrity and Quality Assurance:

  • Perform data validation and ensure the accuracy, consistency, and reliability of datasets.

  • Identify and resolve data quality issues by working closely with data engineers and IT teams.

  • Process Improvement:

  • Identify opportunities to automate reporting processes and streamline data workflows.

  • Contribute to the development of best practices for BI tools and processes.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Marketing, Finance, Business, Computer Science, or a related field.

  • 1-3 years of experience in business intelligence, data analysis, or a similar role, preferably within the marketing Industry.

  • Proficiency in BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.

  • Understanding of Google Analytics would be a huge PLUS

  • Knowledge of DAX and Automation

  • Knowledge of data modeling concepts and ETL processes.

  • Strong SQL skills and experience working with relational databases.

  • Understanding of financial services operations and terminology.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with Python or R for data analysis.

  • Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.

  • Certification in BI tools or related technologies.

  • Marketing Background

  • Knowledge of SEO and PPC

  • Experience working on GTM or GA4
