Investment Analyst/ Associate - Real Estate Private

Background: Our client, an Emirati family office based in Abu Dhabi, is looking to hire an analyst / associate to assist the investment team of a large Abu Dhabi conglomerate on private market investments (PE, VC and Real Estate) Overall responsibility for day-to-day execution and implementation of transactions assigned by senior deal team members Coordinate with senior team members on investment opportunity assessments, structuring and financing processes and more complex transactions/projects Implement transaction process management – assumes responsibility for valuation and due diligence analyses Assist in preparing relevant documentation of investment analysis, including investment memoranda and PowerPoint presentations Assist in day-to-day asset management activities of existing real estate portfolio Contributing directly to ongoing business development, including maintaining detailed pipeline of prospects and potential deals and conducting research and analysis to support internal presentations and investment strategy 2-4 years experience from a top tier financial institution and will be currently working in Investment Banking/M&A Advisory or within Private Equity ~ Candidate should display a strong academic background ~ Good understanding of private equity, venture capital and/or real estate market dynamics would be beneficial ~
