Working in our apartments, you will support seventeen people alongside our inclusive and supportive team. In your role, you will utilise your expertise to assist the people we support. We highly value individuals who possess a strong work ethic and are open to the training we offer. You will be responsible for delivering both direct and practical support to the people we support and their families. It can be quite a challenging environment at times, so a positive attitude, compassion, resilience, and vigilance are important.

You will work in both 1:1 and group settings and be able to work independently and as part of a team. You will need to be calm, patient, and resilient and have a consistent approach. You will assist the people we support to engage in the interests they love.
