Major Players are partnering with a dynamic and rapidly growing marketing agency to recruit for a CRM Senior Account Manager.
Role overview:
- End-to-end campaign leadership: Leverage data insights (with dedicated data science support) to understand performance, pinpoint key opportunities, and brief in impactful campaigns that drive significant value for clients.
- Exceptional client partnerships: Cultivate strong, lasting relationships through proactive communication and a genuine commitment to client success.
- Drive innovation: Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement by identifying and championing new ways to translate data intelligence into tangible client results. You will be empowered to test and implement innovative strategies.
Key skills:
- At least 2-3 years experience working in a digital/CRM agency.
- A CRM specialist.
- Excellent communicator with proven client management and project management experience.
- Ideally you will have worked on Bloomreach CRM system previously.
- Previous experience working with hospitality and lifestyle clients would be advantageous.
