THE ROLE: The scope of the role is to create a warm welcome and create special memories through exceptional service of Food and Beverage which exceeds guests expectations every time.

  • Confident menu and service knowledge
  • Preparing for service - Mise en place
  • Cleanliness and presentation of your section
  • Setting tables with crockery, cutlery and glassware
  • Liaison with the kitchen team and clear communication of special dietary requirements
  • Service of food and accompaniments
  • Clearing tables and resetting for next service
  • Requisitions and secure handling of stock
