We’re looking for an experienced Senior Account Manager to help lead the charge across UK and international accounts. You’ll be working within a talented Client Services team, driving campaign execution, account growth, and client satisfaction for some of the biggest culture-led brands in the world.
This is a hands-on, commercially focused role, combining client services with team management, budget oversight, and pitch development. You’ll be the key connector between clients and creative execution — ensuring campaigns deliver impact, relevance, and results.
You will be expected to manage a team of up to 3 and bridge the gap between client and agency, ensuring campaigns are planned and delivered to a high specification and ensuring account growth and supporting increased revenue into the agency.
You will report directly to the Account Director and will be a key component in driving the agency forward via excellent account management and client development skills, ensuring every project is planned and delivered to a high specification. You will also work closely with your Account Director in client pitches and presentations, spotting areas of account growth.
- Lead and deliver integrated marketing campaigns with a focus on youth and student audiences (ages 18-30)
- Manage a team of up to 3, supporting their growth and performance
- Identify opportunities for account growth and contribute to new business development
- Own campaign budgets and financial reporting to ensure profitability
- Collaborate cross-functionally with creative, strategy, and production teams
- Be involved in campaign fieldwork, sometimes requiring UK/EU travel
- Support social and live event activations
4+ years’ experience in an agency client services role (ideally within experiential, events, or a social agency)
Confident team leader with experience developing talent
Deep understanding of youth culture, social media trends, and what drives Gen Z
