The ideal candidate will provide high-quality nursing care to patients in a primary care setting, assisting with assessments, treatments, and health education. The Practice Nurse will work collaboratively with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Key Responsibilities: * Patient Care: Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients, including health assessments, vaccinations, and wound care. * Clinical Duties: Perform routine procedures such as blood pressure checks, ECGs, and blood draws. * Health Education: Educate patients on health management, disease prevention, and healthy lifestyle choices. * Documentation: Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in accordance with legal and ethical standards. * Collaboration: Work alongside physicians, specialists, and other healthcare staff to coordinate patient care and follow-up. * Emergency Response: Respond effectively to patient emergencies and support advanced life support as needed. * Inventory Management: Assist in the management of medical supplies and equipment. * Quality Improvement: Participate in quality improvement initiatives and comply with relevant health regulations.
