Location: Central London, covering a portfolio of Zone 1 to 6
Salary: Up to £60,000 per annum plus car allowance depending on experience – Plus a generous commission structure

Due to continued business growth, a fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Residential Building Surveyor to join our innovative firm of Chartered Surveyors. The role will involve carrying out residential secured lending valuations, homebuyer reports and building surveys, servicing our largest and longest standing clients which include some of the worlds most established banks and building societies. On a day to day basis the successful applicant will survey and value a wide spectrum of residential properties throughout London and the South East. Using iPad technology enables our surveyors to make the best use of their time. Our Residential Building Surveyors work closely with a range of clients and have close contact with lenders and Private Clients.
Minimum of two years’ post-qualification experience and experience of carrying out Level 1, 2 and 3 residential surveys for private clients and/or lending institutions.
- Have used tablet technology for site note taking and be familiar with Quest software, GoReport, RightMove Surveyor Comparable tool and Building Cost Information Service (BCIS) reinstatement valuation.
