Job Opportunity: Service Manager (Part-Time) We are looking for an experienced and dedicated Operations Manager to oversee a Learning Disabilities service. This is a part-time role with flexibility in working hours (either 3 full days or every day with shorter hours). Key Responsibilities: Oversight & Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of two neighbouring Learning Disabilities Schemes Management Accounts: Attend management accounts meetings and provide necessary reports Accident Reviews: Review and sign off on accident reports within the service Service Audits: Conduct audits across the service, focusing on areas such as medication, risk assessments, and health & safety Support Plans & Risk Assessments: Sign off on support plans and ensure risk assessments are completed and updated Health & Safety Checks: Ensure that all health and safety standards are maintained and upheld across the schemes Requirements: Car Driver Managing operations and overseeing service standards in similar settings Flexibility: This part-time position allows you to work 3 full days or every day with fewer hours , offering a great work-life balance…
