Business Analyst β Financial Services β Belfast Aubay UK Belfast, Northern Ireland, United Kingdom Role Summary Aubay is seeking a skilled Business Analyst with a background in financial services to support our clientβs ongoing projects by managing change requests from the business, including system enhancements, bug fixes, API changes, etc. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders to elicit and document requirements, analyse business processes, and propose effective solutions to enhance operational efficiency. As a Business Analyst, you will serve as a crucial link between the business stakeholders and the technical team, ensuring smooth communication and alignment of objectives. This role requires the successful candidate to be onsite in Solihull three days a week; this is a non-negotiable requirement. Required Skills and Experience Minimum of 4 years of experience in a Business Analyst role within financial services, with demonstrated ability to translate theory into practice. Strong analytical skills and ability to understand complex business processes and identify effective solutions. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and collaborate with the development team. Proven ability to build and maintain positive working relationships across all levels of the organization. Self-motivated and proactive, with a willingness to take initiative and drive results. Ability to prioritize tasks and make informed decisions in high-pressure environments. Tech-savvy with a willingness to learn new technologies as required. Bachelor\βs degree in Business Administration, Finance, Computer Science, or related field preferred. Represent the IT department in companywide projects, ensuring successful implementation and adherence to quality measures.
