Summary Responsible for creating and implementing Standard Operating Procedures Responsible for effective leadership of the Warehouse & Logistics Operation Responsible for the day to day management of the warehouse function, including budgetary control, resource planning, inventory/space management Daily management of up to 30 operatives, 2 drivers and administrative support staff, leading by example, driving employee engagement, creating a high performing multiskilled team. Effective management & supply of finished goods, exceeding customer KPI expectations & delivered with a cost control/reduction mindset.
