Duties:
- Prepare and cook high-quality meals under the guidance of the Sous Chef and Head Chef, focusing on nutrition and taste
- Take responsibility for a specific section of the kitchen, ensuring all dishes are prepared to the highest standards and in a timely manner
- Assist in the creation and execution of diverse, balanced menus that cater to the dietary needs and preferences of athletes
- Maintain high standards of food quality and presentation, ensuring consistency and excellence in every dish
- Adhere to all health, safety, and hygiene standards in the kitchen, ensuring a clean and safe working environment
- Work closely with other kitchen staff, contributing to a positive and productive team atmosphere

- Proven experience in a professional kitchen, preferably in a similar role
- Culinary Arts degree or equivalent professional qualification is preferred
- Proficiency in a range of cooking techniques and styles
