Nuneaton (Office and Field Based)

We are recruiting on behalf of an established, highly respected firm of Chartered Surveyors. This is a full-time, Monday to Friday role for a qualified RICS Surveyor who is confident delivering high-quality residential surveys and professional valuations. You will have the autonomy to manage your own diary while being backed by a responsive, knowledgeable support team that helps you focus on the work that matters.

About the Role

You will be inspecting a broad mix of residential properties. The role includes preparing detailed Level 1 to 3-equivalent surveys for private clients, using a bespoke reporting format designed to support clear communication and professional guidance. You will also carry out formal valuations for both residential and commercial properties, working to RICS standards and maintaining high levels of professional integrity in your reporting.

  • Prepare clear, detailed reports

Key Requirements

  • RICS qualified (AssocRICS, MRICS or FRICS)
  • Able to manage workload independently while maintaining high standards
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Ideally a RICS Registered Valuer
