A contractor with over 20 years experience operating on large scale projects in the Civils sector are on the lookout for a Managing Quantity Surveyor who would be capable of coming on board what they consider a key project for the company and build a commercial team to tackle the day to day aspects of the project. As Managing Quantity Surveyor, it will be your job to build a team of 3-5 Quantity Surveyors to manage a package of around £30 Million worth of work on a project which spans to an overall value of just under £120 Million. With the main aspects of this project being the CSA element, someone who has previous experience working on civils projects in a senior role would thrive in this position.
