A successful and expanding kitchen showroom in the Northwest is seeking a talented and motivated Kitchen Designer to join their sales team. This is a fantastic opportunity to grow your career in a supportive environment, offering both stability and progression.

Role Responsibilities

  • Design inspirational kitchens using CAD software, tailored to the needs of both trade professionals and homeowners
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from enquiry to completion, ensuring an exceptional customer experience
  • Build long-term relationships with customers, offering expert advice and professional design services
  • Drive sales performance by promoting add-ons, upselling, and proactively managing your quote bank
  • Attend customer homes or building sites to conduct on-site assessments and present kitchen designs
  • Collaborate with internal and external team members to ensure smooth delivery of projects
  • Ensure showroom and customer safety by adhering to all health and safety protocols

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience in kitchen design, interior design, or retail sales (preferred but not essential - full training provided)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong ability to understand customer needs and translate them into beautiful, functional kitchen plans
  • Comfortable using CAD software (e.g. Compusoft, 2020 Fusion, or similar)
  • Target-driven and commercially minded
  • A valid UK driving licence is essential
