We are seeking an exceptional Senior Account Director with a specialism in Reputation and Crisis Communications to join a forward-thinking consultancy renowned for its strategic insights and bespoke client service. This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead on high-profile corporate accounts, providing expert guidance in navigating complex communications challenges while enhancing corporate credibility and delivering measurable client outcomes.
The output for this consultancy is in the digital space, so whilst this role is not traditional media relations it is very much strategic advisory in the corporate and HNWI space, so we are looking for candidates with a reputation management, strategic advisory or communications background who are looking to advance their careers in a future-proofed space that is currently on a significant growth curve.
- Providing expert counsel on crisis management, including strategic messaging and stakeholder engagement.
- Leading on narrative development to align with business goals and enhance brand reputation.
- Managing senior stakeholder relationships (corporate and HNWI), acting as a trusted advisor and ensuring alignment on communications strategies.
- Elevate the consultancy’s service offering through innovation and thought leadership, driving better content quality and enhanced client outcomes.
- Expertise in press release writing and the power of earned media.
- Deep understanding of the digital landscape, its challenges and opportunities.
- Proven experience in corporate communications and senior stakeholder management.

This is a new consultancy that is exceeding targets due to its unique positioning in the market. The salary bracket for this role is set at c £60k-£70k with a generous bonus scheme and a personal development allowance. There could be flexibility on the base salary depending on experience for the right candidate.
Please note that whilst hybrid, this role will require London presence at least 3 days a week.
