In this role, you will be responsible for implementing and optimising Microsoft Dynamics 365 SCM solutions for clients. You will work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements, provide expert guidance, and ensure successful project delivery.
- Lead or support the implementation of Dynamics 365 SCM modules including procurement, inventory, production, warehousing, transportation, and master planning.
- Conduct gap analysis and propose suitable solutions using standard or custom features.
- Perform testing, training, and user support throughout the implementation lifecycle.
- Provide post-go-live support and ongoing system enhancements.
- Stay up to date with Microsoft product updates, roadmap changes, and industry best practices.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
- ~3+ years of hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 SCM (or AX 2012) implementations.
- ~Proficiency in configuring and supporting D365 modules like Inventory, Procurement, Sales and Distribution, Master Planning, and Warehouse Management.
- ~Microsoft Certified: Experience with Power Platform (Power BI, Power Automate).
- Familiarity with Agile/Waterfall project methodologies.
- Previous experience in a consulting environment.
