We are currently seeking a fluent Italian speaking Team Assistant to join an incredibly established European Investment management firm, based in the West End, walking distance to Bond Street and Marble Arch tube stations. The team nurtures a high-performance culture yet are a close-knit friendly team with a very low staff turnover.
Supporting a team of 12 and working alongside a longstanding and supportive PA, you will be responsible for:
- Scheduling a high volume of international calls, meetings and VCs, across multiple time zones
- Coordinating the logistics of frequent global travel and conference attendance
- Assisting in the management of the stunning boutique office, including meeting and greeting clients, coordinating refreshments and preparing meeting rooms
The successful candidate will have Team Assistant or EA experience, ideally within professional services and be fluent in Italian.
Salary: £40K-£50K
Hours: 8am-5pm, with some flexibility
Pension: 12% (no contribution from employee)
