Role Overview: The Offshore Operations Director is a pivotal member of the Dogger Bank Project Leadership Team. This role is responsible for partnering with customers, internal project stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to build, implement, and execute operational deliverables that drive the project's success.
Essential Responsibilities:
- Foster a strong safety and quality culture within offshore operations.
- Coordinate all offshore operational activities with precision and efficiency.
- Establish and manage daily management operating rhythms for clarity and visibility of priorities and results.
- Develop and maintain a robust project plan/schedule with alignment across all stakeholders.
- Align operational priorities and details with the customer, ensuring seamless execution.
- Set and implement internal operational priorities, including component usage for turbine sites.
- Develop and standardize work processes to achieve SQDC (Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost) KPI targets.
- Undertake additional responsibilities as necessary to support project success.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university or college.
- Wealth of experience in projects, services, or related operational experience.
- Previous relevant operational leadership experience.
