The Consumer PR Executive is responsible for delivering initiatives that build brand reputation and secure regional and national coverage. As part of the Content, Consumer PR & Social team your role will ensure we maximize PR opportunities for Dreams and Feather and Black. You`ll run campaigns, events, our press room and gifting program alongside a proactive calendar of product launches and press releases. Working collaboratively with our agency partners for each brand, and senior internal stakeholders, you`ll lead reactive opportunities alongside BAU workstreams to achieve agreed KPIs. Your ability to project manage, collaborate and adapt will ensure you thrive in a fast-paced retail environment Ready to skip the snooze button and get stuck in? Here`s a taste of what you`ll be doing day-to-day… – Deliver PR initiatives that support our objectives and strategy. – Manage and lead all Press Room, gifting, seasonal and reactive opportunities. – Create briefs for clear and accurate comms. – Manage internal and external stakeholders to ensure initiatives are delivered against the brief, agreed timelines, budgets and KPIs. – Collaborate and work closely with internal teams to ensure alignment. – Central point of contact for both consumer PR agencies. – Lead day-to-day relationship with agency partners – brief, set objectives, oversee work, provide feedback, negotiate costs, attend (where required) and plan shoots and events. – Ensure brand, campaign and tone of voice guidelines are accurate across all collateral. – Monitor effectiveness of campaigns, test and learn and strive to improve through regular reporting. This is the type of person we`re dreaming of: – Previous in-house or agency PR experience essential. – Retail experience is desirable. – Experience working in influencer marketing, affiliate marketing or partnerships is desirable. – Demonstrable project management skills, organised and flexible, working in a fast-paced environment. – Strong communication and people skills managing both internal and external stakeholders. – Excellent attention to detail and proof-reading skills. – Ability to adapt to change and fast turnaround of projects. – A real team player and collaborator who likes to get stuck in, enthusiastic and driven. – A positive can-do attitude, self-motivated, works on own initiative. – Demonstrates a passion for making a difference and willingness to dream big.
