Supervising Social Worker Salary : £41,208 + £750 Homeworking Allowance + £1,500 Out of Hours Allowance We’re seeking an experienced Social Worker (1–2 years post-qualification in fostering or childcare) to supervise and support foster carers and children, ensuring their safety, wellbeing, and development. Provide regular supervision and support to foster carers Monitor children’s wellbeing and ensure their voices are heard Ensure compliance with safeguarding, health & safety, and fostering standards Collaborate with local authorities and contribute to child-care planning Maintain accurate records using case management software (e.g., Degree in Social Work and registration with relevant professional body Experience in family placement or child-centred social work Knowledge of fostering legislation and child development Ability to travel and work flexibly, including evenings and weekends
