Builder Depot is a family run, trade orientated builder’s merchant located in North London. In this exciting period of transition and growth we are on the lookout for an experienced, hands-on and ambitious manager to oversee our newly opening branch in Acton, which will have expected annual turnover in excess of £20 million and an area of 2200 sqr meters.

Part of the key responsibilities of the role include:

  • Overseeing the day to day running and management of the Acton branch
  • Constantly looking to improve and develop in-store customer experiences
  • Working closely with other key stakeholders to ensure positive changes are regularly communicated and implemented
  • Measuring the effectiveness and efficiency of operational processes
  • Work to proactively decrease operational branch overheads
  • Ensuring key performance indicators are in place and growth targets are met
  • Ensuring health & safety standards are strictly upheld
  • Inspiring a high performance culture that drives positive changes
  • Focusing on both short and long term targets and goals
