As a Nuclear 360 Consultant at ERSG, you will play a pivotal role in both business development and candidate delivery - owning the full recruitment lifecycle in one of the worldβs fastest-growing sectors.
- Heading up a brand new division focusing on all things nuclear.
- Driving new business through strategic outbound sales and relationship building.
- Attending industry conferences and networking events to build brand presence and expand your client base.
- Collaborating closely with the Delivery Team to identify top-tier talent and manage end-to-end hiring processes.
Minimum of 2 years proven experience in recruitment, outbound sales, or business development with a focus on nuclear energy.
Strong resilience - you thrive in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.
Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable with CRM/ATS systems.
