Strategic Account Manager Location: UK (flexible/hybrid) We are looking for a Strategic Account Manager to look after key clients in specific sectors. This is all about building long-term relationships and helping customers get real value from the cloud-based technologies provided. You\’ll need to balance growing existing accounts with making sure clients are consistently supported and engaged – and that we\’re always seen as easy to do business with. We are looking for individuals that have sold into sectors including retail/travel, manufacturing or public sector. Build and deliver clear account plans with short-term wins and long-term goals. Work closely with colleagues in customer success, product, and delivery to align on customer priorities. Understand the customer\’s business inside-out so you can recommend the right solutions and spot opportunities for growth. Keep everyone on the same page internally to ensure client satisfaction, retention, and commercial targets are hit. Strong background in account management or B2B sales, ideally in the tech or cloud services space. A commercial mindset with a focus on delivering value – not just hitting sales targets. Comfortable using CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) and MS Office. A competitive base salary and uncapped commission structure.
