Pearse are working exclusively with one of the UK’s most exciting B2B SaaS start-ups who are looking for a strategic CFO to guide them through their next phase of growth.
As one of the leaders in the RegTech space, offering software solutions to financial institutions to ensure regulatory compliance, they recently received significant investment, led by one of Europe’s top-tier tech-focussed venture capital funds. The CFO will lead on all financial aspects of the business, reporting directly to their CEO/Founder and leading the overall finance function.
- Responsible for driving the future growth of the business by leading financial strategy
- Strategic partner to the CEO and wider leadership team to support on commercial initiatives and long-term planning
- Lead on fundraising projects, including a mid-2026 capital raise
- M&A execution, including diligence, financial modelling and integration support
- Manage and scale a world class finance team
- Identifying performance gaps and areas for potential improvement
Proven track record of working within a VC backed SaaS or fintech environment. CFO experience in a fast growth start-up or scale-up. Previous M&A experience preferred.
