Role Summary: We are seeking two proactive and results-driven Partnerships Managers for GBS Malta and EMA Paris to lead agent recruitment efforts. Ideal candidates will have strong relationship-building, business development skills, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. The role focuses on partnering with agents to drive student enrolments, achieve growth targets, and ensure conversion success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment Strategy & Planning: Develop strategies to meet enrolment goals. Analyse market trends and data for recruitment opportunities. Improve lead conversion rates and manage direct sales teams.
  • Outreach & Relationship Building: Build relationships with educational institutions and agencies. Represent the institution at events to engage students. Organize events like open days to increase applications.
  • Data Analysis & Reporting: Collect and analyse recruitment data for strategic decisions. Provide regular reports on recruitment progress. Use data insights to optimize recruitment processes.
  • Admissions Process Support: Work with admissions to streamline the application process and improve conversion rates.
  • Enrolment Management: Collaborate with financial aid and enrolment teams to attract and retain students.
  • Collaboration & Outreach: Align with the CMO and marketing teams on strategies. Maintain strong relationships with agent partners. Design B2B outreach strategies and email marketing campaigns. Represent the institution at key conferences and industry events. Analyse market trends and improve conversion rates.
