Responsibilities:
- Deliver facial workouts in line with FaceGym protocols.
- Promote and sell FaceGym's services and retail products.
- Provide exceptional customer service, building rapport and adapting to customer needs.
- Achieve retail and service KPIs.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work stations.
- Operate point of sale systems efficiently.
- Stay informed about skincare, products, and treatments.
- Ensure health and safety standards are followed.
- Maintain personal hygiene and professional conduct.
- Collaborate effectively with team and management.
- Utilize booking systems like Zenoti effectively.
