As part of the core mission team, you\’ll collaborate with specialists across multiple engineering disciplines to push the boundaries of optical system performance in space. Provide hands-on technical support throughout development, integration & testing. Evaluate risks & propose mitigation strategies in collaboration with project teams. Support business development, contributing to technical proposals and future projects. Degree in Optics, Physics, or relevant Engineering discipline. Proven aerospace or spacecraft experience in optical systems engineering. Proficiency in optical design/analysis software (Optic Studio/Zemax, FRED preferred). Experience with mechanical & numerical analysis tools (SolidWorks, Ansys, SigFit, Python, MATLAB). Ability to deliver high-quality work independently & meet tight deadlines.
