We are currently looking for an Account Executive to join the successful and experienced centralised team based out of the new office location in Bath.
In this position you will work on clients' demands and needs for PI insurances coming in via the network of offices and achieve the required renewals and new business results whilst adhering to company procedures and regulatory requirements, delivering a high standard of customer service. This is a long term and progressive opportunity with a stable and reputable broker. You will need a desire to focus on professional indemnity insurances and be either from a broking or underwriting background.
The day to day:
- Meet and deliver against your agreed Renewal Retention and/or New Business Targets, contributing towards the team's overall budget targets & KPI’s.
- Complete all roles and tasks as required by your line manager, ensuring you adhere to procedures and policies at all times.
- Creating a customer-led culture where sales and customer standards, discipline, activities, and best practice are delivered.
- Debt Management - ensure all monies are collected and allocated appropriately and keep line manager informed of any current, potential or perceived problems with bad debt.
- Manage and prioritise your diaries/tasks, these are to be kept up to date.
- Complete any training that is deemed necessary for your role and fully prepare for your regular 1-2-1s and year-end review. Ensure you agree and complete the actions set in line with your development plan.

- Knowledge of Broking or Underwriting or both with PI and/or Financial Lines Insurances.
