As a Cloud Support Team Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of a cloud support team, ensuring high-quality technical support for cloud-based systems. The role involves managing a team of cloud support engineers, liaising with cross-functional teams and clients, and maintaining service level agreements (SLAs) Excellent time management skills and an ability to prioritise and multi-task. Knowledge and experience working in an ITIL environment. Experience as a team leader in a cloud support environment. Experience working within a Managed Service Provider. Strong knowledge of cloud services (Private Cloud – VMWare, VCloud Director and Public Cloud experience AWS, Azure). Prior experience as a Cloud Support engineer or certifications in cloud technologies.
