What is the role about? You will play a pivotal role in owning and evolving customer demand management and supply chain processes, making sure everything flows smoothly from customer orders through to on time delivery. This is a role with real responsibility and the chance to drive improvements across sales forecasting, supplier partnerships, ERP best practices, and SIOP (Sales, Inventory and Operations Planning).
What you will be doing:
- Acting as the main point of contact for all customer orderbook demands
- Keeping sales orderbooks accurate, updated, and aligned with customer needs
- Managing and enhancing SIOP processes across the business
- Collaborating closely with manufacturing and purchasing teams
- Leading supplier relationship management and performance improvement initiatives
- Driving KPIs, continuous improvement, and best practice across demand, supply, and purchasing
- Coaching teams and embedding ERP discipline across supply chain activities
