You will support a thriving tax department in the daily provision of exceptional client care. You will be responsible for tax compliance for a varied client portfolio including HNWI’s, professional partnerships, business owners, family trusts and landed estates. You will also be support management with review, coaching and development of junior members of the team and taking ownership of more complex technical queries. There will also be opportunity to support with ad hoc research/advisory project work.
Ideally, you will be ATT qualified, or qualified by experience, with a minimum of 2-3 years’ personal tax experience gained within a UK private client tax team or general practice role. You will have strong private client tax experience and will demonstrate a willingness to develop your technical exposure and experience of trusts, estates and unincorporated businesses. Excellent numerical and written skills are essential, along with a strong commercial awareness and the ability to explain complex tax technical concepts in a clear and concise manner.
