Calling all Oxford based Corporate PAs – hybrid working offered 3-month FTC £29 – 32K Financial Consultancy Firm To start ASAP A fantastic opportunity has arisen with one of my best clients, a financial consultancy firm with an international presence, who are looking for a new PA for a3-month assignment.The PA will join to support 4 Partners, all with varying levels of support needed. Standard hours at 9am – 5:30pm and they offer hybrid working with three days in their offices, based a short walk from Oxford Train Station.They are looking for someone with experience of working within a corporate environment in the past, either as a PA, or based on Reception whilst assisting with PA duties at the same time. WHAT YOU’LL DO: PA to 4 x Partners who require varying levels of support including diary and inbox management Scheduling meetings, preparing meeting packs, and assisting with management of workload. Acting as the main point of contact for the Partners, including direct liaison with clients and client correspondence.
