SAP Specialist What We Are Looking for: Functional / Technical professional with at least 5 years experience working with SAP S/4 as an SAP Production Planning consultant Purpose: Operates as the subject matter expert in SAP Production Planning provides professional advice and makes recommendations to support business queries and requirements definition To self sufficiently, design and develop business / process enhancing solutions within SAP To deliver early life support for new solutions To support established in-house developed solutions To add value to existing business processes / procedures by improving efficiency and effectiveness Assist in the management of third party and internal suppliers Key Accountabilities: Deliver projects from design to completion to achieve required business outputs Influence and negotiate with key project stakeholders, using data and analysis to support reasoning May co-ordinate and supervise the activities of team members Take ownership of and solve more complex technical problems and issues within own specialty Prioritise work and time to deliver solutions to incidents, problems, change requests and projects meeting Service Level Agreements Able to challenge / respond to challenges on process issues Provide support for data migration projects as and when required Understand the business data requirements and translate it into solution framework / architecture Work with business experts and technical resources to facilitate incident & problem resolution Guarantee tight deadlines will be met by planning and prioritising work efficiently Ensure effective communication with business and project stakeholders Coordinate the development of code elements and review Obtain acceptance for all deliverables from the business Ensure adherence to internal and external standards for all solutions Key Outputs: Business Solutions and enhancements Patches / fixes for deployed Business Solutions Support User Acceptance Testing for new Business Solutions Early life support for new Business Solutions Knowledge Transfer to other team members Technical Specifications Support Documentation Assist business user in producing User guides and training documentation
