We currently have a client looking to fill a role with the following description: Hotel Operations Manager Manage daily hotel operations: Ensure all departments function efficiently. Supervise and support staff: Provide guidance, training, and performance feedback. Guest satisfaction: Address complaints, resolve issues, and exceed guest expectations. Financial management: Oversee budgeting, cost control, and revenue generation (room rates, services, etc.). Booking system management: Monitor and manage hotel booking systems to ensure optimal occupancy rates. Strategy development: Develop and implement strategies to increase bookings, revenue, and customer loyalty. Compliance: Maintain adherence to health, safety, and cleanliness standards.
