Design and implement scalable, secure, and high-performance mainframe solutions ✅ Define architecture roadmaps and ensure alignment with IT and business strategies ✅ Lead mainframe modernisation, including cloud migration, API enablement, and DevOps adoption ✅ Optimise z/OS, CICS, COBOL, DB2, MQ, IMS, and related technologies ✅ Provide technical leadership in integration, automation, and performance tuning ✅ Proven experience as a Mainframe Solution Architect in complex enterprise environments ✔ Expertise in z/OS, CICS, DB2, IMS, COBOL, JCL, REXX, and Assembler ✔ Familiarity with DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and automation tools for mainframes ✔ Ability to work independently and provide technical leadership across projects
