Job Description: To provide effective administrative support in the running of a highly friendly Mortgage Brokerage team.
Main Duties:
- Prepare, process, monitor and manage client files in respect of mortgage applications.
- Provide regular updates to clients and Advisers.
- Liaise with lenders, solicitors and clients in a professional and informative manner.
- Assist in the production of illustrations and recommendation documents for client files.
- Manage telephone, internet and written enquiries in a quick and effective manner.
- Prepare social media and marketing posts and manage responses.
- Undertake regular training and take responsibility for continuing professional development.
- Adhere to industry regulation and legislation guidelines at all times as set down by the Financial Conduct Authority and any other regulatory bodies.
