TES are an award-winning environmental engineering company specialising in Water Treatment and Power Distribution solutions. Due to the continued growth and expansion of the company, TES have an opportunity for a Purchase Ledger Manager to join our team.

Location: Cookstown HQ

Contract Type: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: Competitive, Negotiable depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the purchase ledger function, ensuring the processing of supplier invoices, payment runs, and appropriate reconciliations.
  • Provide guidance and training where required to Purchase Ledger Team.
  • Manage key supplier accounts.
  • Ensure timely processing of supplier payment.
  • Manage supplier statement reconciliations and resolving outstanding queries.
  • Assist with cash flow forecasting.
  • Reconciliations of Nominal Ledgers within the P&L.
  • Investigation of costs that fall outside acceptable parameters.
  • Working with finance team on producing current KPIs reports.
  • Submission of CIS Monthly Return.

Essential Criteria:

  • Full Driver's License.
  • Experience with SAGE and Paperless systems.
  • Experience/Knowledge of Intrastat declarations.
  • Experience dealing with subcontractors.
  • Proficient in Microsoft, in particular Excel.
  • Good communicator and ability to solve problems daily.
  • Work as part of a team to assist in better reporting systems.
  • At least 2-3 years' experience in a similar role is essential.
