We are seeking a motivated and experienced Project Manager with a strong background in electrical infrastructure and renewable energy. Oversee the complete lifecycle of solar, battery storage, EV charging, and electrical maintenance projects, ensuring timely and budget-compliant delivery. Develop and maintain detailed project plans, budgets, and schedules aligned with business goals. Collaborate with clients, contractors, suppliers, and internal teams to guarantee smooth project execution. Monitor project milestones, manage risks, and address site challenges effectively. Ensure all projects meet industry standards, regulatory requirements, and quality benchmarks. Lead, mentor, and coordinate project teams, fostering strong communication and accountability. Conduct site audits to verify adherence to project designs and specifications. Prepare comprehensive project reports and performance analyses for stakeholders.
