We are working with our client who is a leading and international manufacturing company based in Cramlington in their search for a Product Manager. You will be responsible for managing a section of the Companies product portfolio and commercial planning to improve margin, revenue and pricing etc to drive the business forward. You will work alongside the sales and product development teams to work on the direction of the products and facilitate customer requirements. Responsibilities: * Manage the product portfolio lifecycle, ensuring the addition of new products for business growth. * Serve as the global product expert, knowing each product's application, features, and unique selling points * Understand product sales, margins, pricing, and performance across markets, regions, and key customers. * Maintain competitive knowledge of each product, ensuring effective sales and marketing strategies. * Identify customer needs and translate them into clear product specifications for development. * Build business cases for new products, collaborating with sales for forecasts and pricing, and with development for cost targets. * Lead sales and marketing strategies, defining product launches, pricing, and supporting sales teams with training and materials. * Work with production teams on phase-in/out plans and facilitate initial orders. * Ensure product development stays on track, addressing specifications and decisions as needed. * After launch, mon…
