About Us Black Brick is a leading property consultancy, specialising in high-end residential services, including property buying, investing, managed sales, property management, rental search. With a reputation for excellence, discretion, and white-glove service, we are now looking for a Junior Property Manager to join our Property Management team. Private Client Property Management – Providing bespoke management services for High-Net-Worth clients and private homeowners, ensuring their properties are maintained to the highest standards. Buy-to-Let Property Management – Assisting in the management of a portfolio of rental properties, serving as the main point of contact for landlords and tenants. Responsibilities include coordinating maintenance and repairs, handling accounting matters and insurance claims, ensuring regulatory compliance, and overseeing the day-to-day operations to maintain efficiency and service excellence. This is a hybrid role that will involve managing our buy-to-let portfolio while also supporting the prime asset management division. This is not a desk-bound role—you’ll be actively involved in property inspections, liaising and supervision of contractors, and ensuring client properties are meticulously cared for. Manage a small diverse portfolio of residential properties, ensuring compliance with legal, safety, and contractual obligations. – Oversee day-to-day property management activities, including repairs, maintenance, tenancy renewals, and rent collections. – Support the management of private client portfolios, working closely with the Head of Department to ensure properties are maintained to the highest standards, with meticulous attention to detail and discretion. – Maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and tenants, ensuring excellent and seamless service delivery. – Maintain accurate property records and spreadsheets for financials, maintenance schedules, and compliance tracking. – Be comfortable working on-site across multiple properties—this is not a 9-to-5 desk job! – Property management experience (desired but not essential). Knowledge of property management legislation and regulations would be beneficial. Experience within private household (desired but not essential) – Proficiency in Microsoft365 and CRM system —comfortable managing and using spreadsheets for property records and willing to learn our CRM system (Reapit). – Customer service experience in a high-end environment —luxury hospitality, real estate, or concierge background is a plus. – Self-motivated and adaptable – Able to handle varied responsibilities and shifting priorities and working independently.
