We are looking for an experienced Relationship Manager to join our client’s growing team. This is a field-based role, ideal for someone with a strong network in the property finance sector who thrives on building relationships, structuring deals, and driving new business.
As a key member of the team, you will manage and grow a panel of introducers, whilst also working directly with developers and property investors. Leverage an existing network of development finance contacts to generate new business.
- Identify and source new lending opportunities across bridging, refurbishment, and development finance.
- Cultivate long-term relationships, nurturing new and existing clients into repeat lending opportunities.
- Stay up to date on market trends, competitor activity, and shifts in credit appetite.
- Represent the company at industry events, networking functions, and meetings to strengthen market presence.
- Ensure all loan applications adhere to legal and regulatory standards.
Background in property finance—preference for development finance, but experience in bridging or refurbishment finance is also valuable. Proven networking and business development skills with a strong introducer and client network. Experience across residential and commercial assets preferred, residential experience essential. Strong understanding of credit risk and ability to analyse property project data. Comfortable working in a field-based role, meeting clients and introducers directly.
